Madonna Duets with MJ?
Is the Material Girl set to duet with the King of Pop? Despite his recent passing, news sites are reporting that Madonna is set to appear on a duet with Michael Jackson. It will reportedly be a part of a duets album that will feature many other artists as well. Other rumored collaborators include Britney spears and Justin Timberlake. The duet album is set to be created by Mike Blakey and include favorite Michael Jackson classics like “Beat It.” No word yet on which of Jackson’s hits will get Madonna’s treatment, but it is sure to be a fan favorite.
The album’s sales would fund Michael Jackson’s charity. It isn’t the MJ tribute album to benefit charity, as X-Factor stars also recorded his hits for charity. Madonna is known for contributing to charities she believes in. She also spoke out about Jackson’s legacy following his death. This project seems to be right up her alley, especially since she was rumored to be a guest on Jackson’s tour that was scheduled prior to his death.
