JT Making Fun of His Round of Golf with George Lopez

For Justin there isn’t much he doesn’t struggle with - a great singer, dancer, producer, actor and even clothing designer makes him one of today’s most successful stars. Yet for the latest avenue, The Open Road, it seems things didn’t fare as well for the Hollywood star. The video was set for release and continued to get pushed back until it ended up being released straight to DVD. The film, starring Jeff Bridges, was a tell-tale story about finding oneself in the traits of a long lost father.

In more successful JT news, Justin Timberlake was on “Lopez Tonight” filming a fun skit on the golf course during his time in Las Vegas. The funny man was meditating on the golf course to Sammy Sosa while he also made a balloon hat before taking a big swing. Lopez also showed Timberlake some of his own rituals, while Oscar de la Hoya played a few rounds, in which he weighed in during each hole. The event, Lopez said was a “great time.” Donning a sweater vest and blue baseball cap, he was shotting a few holes while filming as well.

JT Celebrates Leona Lewis’ New Album

Leona Lewis and producing partner Justin Timberlake were all smiles Tuesday night at a album party celebrating the release of the former X Factor stars new album. The 24 year old sipped champagne and partied with friends at the Los Angeles club as she promoted her sophomore release, Echo. “It was great,” she says to Jamaica Observer about working with Timberlake again.  “First I had to get over the shock and cool myself down a bit. But he is just such a sweet guy and so talented. I didn’t know how he worked in the studio, I obviously just knew him from being a fan of his. But he is such a talented producer as well. It was a brilliant experience. A lot of my friends were very jealous.” The young Brit noted that she wasn’t making her long time boyfriend Louu Al Charmaa jealous, however. “He is cool with that kind of thing. In fact, he is so laid back I’m like ‘Hello? You need to be a bit jealous!’ Not really,” she continues, noting that while her friends are jealous, he hasn’t ever been of her music friends.

A Duet Between JT and Biel?

Though Justin Timberlake announced a while back that he wasn’t too concerned about his lack of musical tracks under his name recently and doesn’t plan on recording a full length album soon, that doesn’t mean that speculations aren’t going to rise when his girlfriend Jessica Biel says she wants to start singing again. Talking to Tarts recently, she said “I definitely want to [sing] again, I’ve been dabbling here and there but I would really like to do Broadway or a movie musical, that would be a huge dream come true. I would love to incorporate my music naturally into my day job.”

The former star of “7th Heaven,” Biel was in the spotlight at a young age and will continue to deal with the fame. “Being sixteen was so hard. You’re changing physically; you’re searching for who you’re going to be as woman. You’re fighting with this feeling of over confidence, but there is so much insecurity – how do you deal with boys? I was going through it, definitely pushing the envelope with authority and my parents,” she explained. “I was scared to grow up, but at the same time I just wanted to grow up.” Now all grown up with a man of her own, Biel is ready to tackle something new.

JT and Biel Not Ready for Children

Justin Timberlake’s lady Jessica Biel is keeping herself busy while he’s off shooting the new film The Social Network. The pop star and former “7th Heaven” lady have been in a relationship for over two years, and though rumors have surfaced that they are simply “friends with benefits,” it might just be what both parties need and want. Biel is currently filming a remake of the popular television series “The A Team” and says that children are not in her future anytime soon. “Not for me at this moment,” she says to the Times Live. “I have a dog and that is hard enough!” She said during the Hollywood premiere of the animated flick Planet 51 that “I haven’t done a lot of M4 machine gun shooting in my life and I’m doing that now a lot, it’s amazing to understand how to run those weapons. I know it’s a little hardcore but it’s what I’ve been doing. It’s challenging.” The film also stars Bradley Cooper and Liam Neeson. The artistic couple is sure to plan many more adventures together (and separate) as they battle rumors and more.

JT Getting Sued for Screen

According to TMZ.com, a popular celebrity website and show, Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake and the Los Angeles Lakes have been sued by a company claiming that all three megastars used a “knockoff big screen” when performing in concert or during a game. Large Audience Display Systems have filed a lawsuit in Texas claiming that the concerts used a large audience display screen identical to the ones patented by the Large Audience Display Systems. Though Timberlake hasn’t toured in years, apparently the federal lawsuit that TMZ got a hold of was used during his last tour, the “Future Sex/ Love Show.” The company wants an injunction that won’t allow anyone else to use the “knockoffs.”  Other defendants include the Pussycat Dolls.

In more positive news, Justin Timberlake and girlfriend Jessica Biel were out on the town this past week when they caught a Jay Z concert at Los Angeles’ Pauley Pavilion. The two celebrities joined James Blunt, Jamie Foxx, Nicole Richie and Samantha Ronson as the rapper sang some of his newest hits and classic singles. Timberlake’s newest production buddy Rihanna also joined Jay Z on stage as they have a single together.

Miley Cyrus the Next Timberlake

Well known producer and constant Justin Timberlake collaborator Timbaland is set to release his Shock Value II sequel December 8th. Recently revealing his list of collaborators, which included Timberlake, Katy Perry and the shocking Miley Cryus, he says something unique to Entertainment Weekly: “Man, she’s gonna be like Justin [Timberlake]. She comes from that same musical background, where she’s just got it. Her voice is just there. The best way to put it is she’s special. When I worked with her, I was very impressed. I was like, ‘Whoa.’” Though fans couldn’t get enough of Timberlake’s Future Sex/ Love Sounds, the latest effort from Timberlake where the two worked together seamlessly, Timbaland says about that collaboration: “I can’t really speak on [Justin’s] behalf, but we’re not really in that frame of mind right now. I’ll be honest with you, that’s the album that I’m scared if I can top it.”

JT’s Film Goes Straight to DVD

For Justin Timberlake there is little that he can do wrong. From branding his own tequila and taking shots upon shots of it while at a club to being the first to date Britney Spears, little can stop the “Sexy Back” singer even when his worst decisions haunt him for years. Such is the case with the Jeff Bridges film The Open Road, which in many city cases went straight to DVD. For Houston, according to blogs.chron.com, the film kept getting pushed back from its original theater release date until it eventually just went to DVD.

The story was about “the adult son of a baseball legend who, together with his girlfriend, embarks on a road trip with his estranged father. Years of miscommunication, frustration and comically awkward attempts at bonding come to a head as the mismatched trio make their way from Ohio back home to Houston to reunite the family.” Though the story showed Timberlake at some of his best acting skills yet - in a role that didn’t require a laugh track - we’re sure to see much more as the years unfold.

JT Gets Restraining Order, New Pics with Biel and Words with Yogi Bear

According to Entertainment Weekly, Anna Faris, Justin Timberlake and Dan Aykroyd are all in negotiations to star in the new Warner Brothers live action / CG animated film Yogi Bear. Faris, a well known actress, will play Rachel, a documentary filmmaker who enters the Yellowstone Park to film Yogi and Boo- Boo in their natural settings. Justin Timberlake is supposedly set to voice Boo-Boo. The movie is set to begin filming in Auckland, New Zealand next month from producer Donald DeLine. Eric Brevig, who directed Journey to the Center of the Earth, will focus on the script by Brad Copeland.

In more personal matters, Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel were spotted out Sunday night at Jay Z’s Los Angeles show at the Pauley Pavilion. The two were holding hands as they walked past the paparazzi. Also, Timberlake was granted a permanent restraining order from the stalker who invaded his home last month. The disorderly and mentally unstable women, Karen McNeil, was arrested on his property October 22nd and was granted a signed declaration instead of testimony in person. Timberlake was off shooting for his latest film about the starters of Facebook.

Timberlake and Biel - Friends with Benefits?

Apparently there is little that Justin Timberlake and his girlfriend of two years Jessica Biel can do or say that will stop fans from assuming the worst. According to a new source, the couple have now become simply “friends with benefits.” “Justin was very clear with Jessica that he didn’t want to be in a serious relationship with her anymore where he wasn’t able to date other people,” says the insider to Fox 411 Entertainment Blogs. “Jessica took the news very hard, but once she calmed down and they started talking again, he convinced her to stay friends who hook up, without all the pressure of a relationship.” Though Timberlake’s grandmother has openly spoken about Timberlake’s unwillingness to settle, no confirmed sources of the star have revealed anything about his relationship with Biel. “At first she was very reluctant, but she missed him a lot and so she decided to give it a try even though it wasn’t exactly how she wanted things to be,” the source continues to Fox 411. “She’s still in love with him, and they are still attracted to each other, so it would have been difficult for them to quit each other cold turkey.”

Timberlake to Play Yogi Bear’s “Boo Boo”

Though he is currently working on the Facebook flick where he portrays the co-found Sean Parker who also started Napster and was eventually removed from all connection to the website, Timberlake isn’t stopping with other adventures. According to Movie Line, Timberlake and legendary Blues Brother Dan Aykroyd will be voicing the title characters for the new live action/ CGI adaption Yogi Bear. The two apparently just signed on to play the main character and his side kick Boo-Boo. The story is apparently supposed to be filmed as a “documentary,” with camera work (done on screen) by Anna Faris. Faris is supposedly chronicling their lives in Jellystone Park. “Yogi Bear in Cub Scout Boo Boo,” written by Warren Foster with directed by Joseph Barbera, has the two bears waking up from hibernation only to smell hot dogs roasting and tourists pouring into their camp. Yogi says “The tourists are here! I can smell millions of hot dogs and hamburgers cookin’. Lets get ‘em while they’re hot, hot, hot!”

Though nothing officially has been confirmed from either party, Entertainment Weekly also broke the news that Faris would be joining the live action cast that is already included Dan Aykroyd and Justin Timberlake. The Hanna-Barbera cartoons haven’t had much success on the silver screen - like Josie and the Pussycats and Scooby Doo remakes.
