Lambert a Fan of Aguilera
Since she has been on the scene for awhile now, Christina Aguilera has many different fans in the music scene, and one American Idol favorite has also announced that he is an Aguilera fan. Not surprisingly, it is the former American Idol contestant that also shares Aguilera’s penchant for eye makeup.
Adam Lambert was one of the most talked-about Idols out there, and he is set to release his debut album soon. He reveals that he looks to some pop classics for his inspiration and told MTV News, “I was a Paula Abdul fan, a Michael Jackson fan, a Madonna fan. When Christina Aguilera came out when I was in high school, that was a great example of someone taking the pop-dance feel but who could really sing. Pop stars have done it; it’s just not a lot of guys have done it.”
Aguilera would likely be flattered. She is about to release a new album of her own, and her album is likely to cause even more of a buzz than Lambert’s new release.
