Kids Taken from Britney!

The time has finally come, for Britney’s custody battles to come to their woeful conclusion. Her downward spiral appears to be nowhere close to finished and unfortunately she has recently suffered what many would see to be the harshest blow of all. On Monday, October 1, 2007 Britney Spears was ordered to relinquish custody of her children to their father and her ex-husband, Kevin Federline. The judge who ordered the relinquish take place did so citing a troubling lifestyle brought by Britney into her children’s home, fueled by drugs and alcohol.

Superioer COurt Judge Scott M. Gordon ordered that Kevin Federline will take custody of the couple’s childen, Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, starting on Wednesday, October 3, 2007 “until further order of the court.”

Regardless of what is happening in her personal live, or what continued downward spiral she may continue to slip into, it has also been announced that Britney Spears’ new album will be released on November 13.
