Jo Bros Deny Breakup After Nick Announces Solo Project

In the wake of the announcement that youngest Jonas Brother Nick Jonas will be releasing a solo album next year, rumors that the brotherly trio is breaking up began to circulate, but they are saying it isn’t so. According to Billboard.com, the Jo Bros posted a blog on their MySpace page titled “WE ARE NOT BREAKING UP,” with Joe and Kevin writing, “We are so proud of our brother Nick. We know that we will be doing music together for the rest of our lives … ‘A three chord strand is not easily broken,’ and one thing’s for sure … this three chord strand is stronger now than it’s ever been.”

Also in the message, Nick confirmed that he first thought of recording a solo album during a two-week hiatus from the Jonas Brothers tour saying, “I decided to go to Nashville, TN to make a side project (Nick Jonas & The Administration) with 4 musicians—guys that I had met and worked with before.” The youngest Jo Bro (besides Frankie) also added, “Anything we do outside of the group is a side project because you can’t break up brothers. We are already planning another world tour AS THE JONAS BROTHERS next summer, and it is all thanks to our amazing fans.”
