Dillinger Escape Plan Tour Postponed!

Dillinger Escape Plan, that band that has fans located all around the world, all of whom were excitedly looking forward to seeing their favorite musical group performing for them live onstage and all of whom are now quite disappointed, have announced that they are postponing their United States and European tours due to the fact that one of the band members broke his foot.

During the filming of two music videos by the band in that last week, band member Ben Weinman broke his foot, according to the band’s MySpace page, and as such the tour understandably had to be postponed while Weiner heals. You certainly cannot have a bandmate hobbling around onstage with a broken foot, for not only would that band member be in immense pain, but the show would certainly not be nearly as much fun becuase there would be no way it could be energetic with such a hobbling band mate.

A few dates did have to be cancelled but Dillinger Escape Plan is assuring fans that they will be rescheduling thier North American portion of this tour, which will now also include Canada and the United States, and will be working to play Europe in 2008.
