The Who tour for new Endless Wire album

The who are back with their Endless Wire Album. It’s getting huge reviews across the board by fans who have been waiting almost twenty-five years for a new project from the group, fans who include The Guardian (image, left) and the New York Times. I kid. But seriously, the reviews are huge:
Blogcritics.com says, “I fell in love with this new album from Pete Townshend and Roger Daltrey, the two surviving members of this legendary rock band.”
USA Today: “...catchy, muscular Who-style rock, very driving, much in the band’s tradition.”
And the The New York Times stands behind it too, saying the band has reclaimed ’both their hard-rock muscle and introspection.’
And the Observer has landed Endless Wire smack dab in the middle of their “Top 10 Albums to hear this year”, talking about how the band has mantained its classic style in several songs while experimenting with a much more “raw” sound in others.
They’ve been touring across the country since September 12, and now they’ll officially be touring for the album when it comes out on October 31. The Who tickets for November 4th in the Hollywood Bowl in LA, starting at an unbelievable $57, are onsale on StubHub.com. Act quickly, they’re gonna go faster than Jack Flash can jump. Which is fast.
