Solid Gold Dance Party!
Solid Gold Dance Party is returning this year, boasting such disco greats as The Village People, Thelma Houston and Peaches & Herb, as well as A Taste of Honey, France Joli and Anita Ward. All these groups will perform for a 25-city tour, with KC & The Sunshine Band joining in for a few of these dates.
Kicking off on June 15 at Fantasy Springs Resort & Casino in Indio, California, the tour will continue around the country until the middle of August, stopping at the Greek Theater in Los Angeles, the Melody Tent in Hyannis, Massachusetts, the Ottawa Blues Festival in Ontario and the Cynthia Wood Mitchell Pavilion in Houston among other places.
