Devo show reviewed
Devo and Tom Tom Club, two favorites from the ’80s alt-rock scene, are now back on tour and giving their all to fans all over the country. You can bet that both bands received a warm welcome in New York, where they were both very popular in their heyday. The crowd at Williamsburg got to see these artists perform hit songs that they probably hadn’t heard live since high school—or possibly ever. Considering the average age of people living there, there’s a good chance they only heard these bands when their older brothers or sisters moved to college and left some records at home.
There’s a great review of a recent show here. If you’re a fan of either band, or if you just didn’t get a chance to see this awesome show, live it through these words.
