Katy Perry’s “Hot N Cold” dropped 5-6and Ne-Yo’s “Miss Independent” rose 9-7. Rounding out the Top Ten, Pink’s “So What” stays at No. 8, Britney Spears’ hit “Womanizer” moved up 12-9 and Jason Mraz’s “I’m Yours” climbed 13-10.

Kanye West scored the chart’s top debut with “See You in My Nightmares,” featuring Lil Wayne, which starts at No. 21 and the Fray’s “You Found Me” is the top digital gainer with second-week download sales of 145,000 and a climb from 28-15. “Single Ladies” begins its third week at No. 1 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart while over in the land of country Zac Brown Band’s “Chicken Fried” starts a second week at the top of the Hot Country Songs chart. As for the rock charts, AC/DC’s “Rock’N’Roll Train” remains atop the Mainstream Rock charts for its third week and the Offspring’s “You’re Gonna Go Far, Kid” snags the No. 1 spot on Modern Rock for an eleventh.
