Vampire Weekend extending their tour dates!

When you’re the music scene’s hot new band, and indie rock listeners across the country are signing your praises (or bashing you when a backlash starts up), that’s the time to ask yourself whether fans would appreciate more concert tickets.

Vampire Weekend has asked themselves this question, and the answer is yes. According to Pitchfork, they’re extending their tour, adding more U.S. dates in September and a full tour through the U.K. British fans, head over to Stubhub.com and start looking for Vampire Weekend tickets.

There’s just a few dates added to the U.S. schedule (including Pitchfork’s own Music Festival), but they include a few places bands tend to overlook. Honolulu, HI’s Pipeline Cafe, that means you.

Toronto, Pemberton and Seattle also have tour dates to look forward to.
