For most of us, work entails a commute in the morning, some coffee, eight hours of drudgery, and a commute home. For Gregg Gillis, aka Girl Talk, it involves fists being pumped in the air and people shaking tail. And a headband.
There’s a great review of a recent Girl Talk show here, with photos of the frenzied crowd as well. Gillis is known for getting crazy at his amazing live shows, sometimes stripping down to his underwear while mashing up hip-hop, rock, techno, and your high school prom playlist into a bizarre but funkefying sonic stew.
