Rocco DeLuca and The Burden are a four-piece indie band from Long Beach, California, who released their debut album 'I Trust You To Kill Me' in the UK on 8th May 2006. The band consists of Rocco DeLuca (vocals, dobro); Ryan Carman (drums); Greg Velasquez (percussion); and Dave Beste (bass). The band are influenced from artists such as Missippissipi John Hurt, Ravi Shankar, Pink Floyd and Mahailia Jackson. Actor Kiefer Sutherland was instrumental in the bands forming and early-management, and stars in the documentary 'I Trust You To Kill Me', which was broadcast on Sky One in the UK on 8th May 2006 to conincide with the bands album release.
